We notice in the weeks before Easter an extra demand for green asparagus, passionfruit, carambola and physalisberries. Each one of them is loved for its versatility and will make your Easter Fest a little bit more exotic. And aren't we all ready for some sunshine on our plate after these cold, long wintermonths?

Prepare a main dish with lamb or salmon and garnish it with a salad of asparagus and physalisberries. Decorate your passionfruit based dessert with some carambola and you've given your Easter Menu a wonderful exotic delight!
